占中還不該退 岑敖暉：將主動投案

香港占中運動已滿3周，學聯副秘書長岑敖暉今日表示，現在不是撤退的時候，但基於尊重法治，占中結束後他會主動向警方投案。

岑敖暉今日出席城市論壇時指出，學聯願意隨時與政府溝通，希望雙方對話能解決問題。他強調，政治問題不能以警隊解決，而且該運動是群眾自發的，不是學聯或占中發起人能控制，只有特首梁振英才控制得了 。

他還說，參與公民抗命的目的是要擾亂部分社會秩序，但因為他尊重法治，所以站中結束後，會自動向警方投案，承擔法律後果。

學聯與香港政府會談將於21日舉行，大學校長會召集人的嶺大校長鄭國漢將主持會議，承諾會不偏不倚，希望政府同學聯能透過對話解決問題。
