李姓毒販(37歲,有詐欺前科)利用高雄85大樓的套房開轟趴,還不斷更換租賃樓層及房間,躲避查緝,高雄市林園警分局日前接獲線報後,派幹員偽裝成租屋客人進入大樓查訪,鎖定李嫌行蹤,並在29日下午5點左右進行查緝,當場查獲安非他命、K他命及一粒眠毒品,還起獲改造手槍、子彈及殺傷力極大的達姆彈5顆,火力相當強大。
警方在查緝時,原本的情資顯示李嫌躲藏在26樓,但攻堅後,卻發現房間空無一人,正在懊惱會空手而回時,房東剛好來巡視房間,並告知警方李嫌一夥人已經轉租27樓,才順利在27樓逮捕嫌犯,警方在訊後依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管理條例、毒品危害防制條例及偽造文書罪嫌移送。
