並無法讓特定朋友無法在自己塗鴉牆留言這種設定

但是你可以使用自訂的方式讓唯獨他看不到你的塗鴉牆

第二個如何讓某個朋友不能寄信給自己，完全接收不到對方訊息但是好友在。

可以利用 "封鎖用戶"

你一旦封鎖某人，此人就無法在你的動態時報上看見你的貼文、標註你、邀請你參加活動或社團、和你展開對話，或新增你為一位朋友。
注意：你參與的應用程式、遊戲或社團並不包括在封鎖範圍。

FB的功能不多，也無法個別指定誰可以看到妳的內容然後又可以跟你聯絡的。

所以能幫的舊這些嚕~有需要可以再補充嘿
