我離位回來我的的螢幕黑掉

如題 有時我要去吃飯或是看電視休息一下的時候
當我回來 我的鍵盤和滑鼠都有動一下了 可是螢幕就是黑的 燈有亮著
可是螢幕的電源按鈕按了竟沒反應!!!

於是我只好把螢幕插頭的電源關掉 在打開  就有螢幕了
我不知道這樣把插頭電源關掉又打開 是否有壞處?

但這不能解決病根
我想知道為什麼會這樣

電腦放著一下子回來就黑掉
我的是WIN7
