經濟弱勢民眾恐無力繳納國民年金，勞保局竟然上網公告欠費者的全名與居住地等資料，作法惹議。
行政院勞委會勞保局近日在網路公告積欠國民年金保費名單-「102年度繳款單公示送達名冊」，共有4萬9963人因此被揭露了姓名、身分證字號前2碼和後3碼、設籍縣市地區、欠費期間、累計月數、欠繳數額。
在這份公告資料裡，有人只積欠了幾十元，也有數萬元的。
被公告民眾相當不堪，因為依據這些資料線索查詢，即可得知是哪地區出生的民眾，在哪一段期間失業，而且現在設籍在某地區的戶政事務所。
勞保局說明，這些人符合國民年金法加保資格，依法應寄發保險費繳款單，但因設籍於戶政事務所，送達處所不明，所以依法為公示送達。
勞保局也提醒這些民眾，可以到勞保局領取繳費單或電話申請郵寄補發。
