行政院將成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」，今（5）日舉行相關會議。政委林政則會後受訪表示，委員會預定在8月30日成立，已提二、三十人名單，待行政院長江宜樺勾選。
行政院日前表示，將成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」，接受社會各界對歷年冤案重啟調查的訴求，主動過濾過去軍事審判案件中有疑義之案件。
江宜樺責請政委羅瑩雪召集委員會，成員包括國防部、法務部、律師公會代表、法律學者專家、人權團體、公民團體代表等。
委員會在受理或過濾出疑案後，將調閱國防部相關資料，若符合再審或非常上訴之要件者，即協助展開後續法律程序。
行政院今日11時舉行相關會議，會議歷經兩小時，羅瑩雪因另有要務，會後無法受訪。 (接下一頁)
