楊念祖涉文章抄襲，日前請辭國防部長獲准。前國防部長高華柱今（8）日表示，他事前「不曉得」此事，而且絕無所謂軍中內鬥的問題。
陸軍下士洪仲丘7月4日枉死，高華柱15日請辭國防部長，29日府院宣布讓高華柱下台，楊念組8月1日正式接任，民進黨立委管碧玲當天就在立院踢爆楊文章涉抄襲一事，當時未引發媒體關注。
世新學者朱政麒（民進黨台北市黨部執行長）原預定8月7日揭露抄襲一事，楊念祖搶先一步在6日晚間召開記者會請辭。
行政院今日舉行卸任政務委員及部會首長功績獎章頒獎典禮，會後記者詢問高華柱，是否在他卸任前夕與媒體餐敘時，就有記者提醒他，接任的楊念祖論文有抄襲的狀況，高華柱連說數次「不曉得」，並稱「絕無此事」。
高華柱說，他是去那個餐會致意，不是去吃飯，有人提出來的，不是這個問題，關於論文，朱教授講得非常清楚，事先國防部毫無所悉，是這位學者在學術研究上發現的問題。 (接下一頁)
