陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，戒護士陳毅勳原本被裁定以15萬元交保遭撤回，高等軍事法院5號晚間宣布，將於晚上9點半重開羈押庭。
據《蘋果日報》報導，洪仲丘冤死案在押的副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲及戒護士陳毅勳等四人日前裁定交保，引起輿論譁然。原本以15萬元獲交保的戒護士陳毅勳因軍檢5日提出抗告，軍高院做出交保撤回的裁決，軍事地方法庭將於晚間9點30分重開羈押庭。而其他交保的3人，如果抗告成功，最快7日就會開庭審理決定是否收押。
陳毅勳涉及凌虐部屬致死，高等軍事法院庭長倪運喜說，合議庭認為，被告與證人說法有出入，被告說法避重就輕，並懷疑被告有串供嫌疑，因此撤銷地方軍院交保決定。
