沉迷電玩 當心電玩背上身

（中央社台北13日電）整型外科專家說，兒童與青少年沉溺於電腦遊戲，有太多時間弓著背，出現所謂的「電玩背」（Gameboy Back）現象，導致受傷與脊椎側彎。

英國「每日電訊報」（Daily Telegraph）報導，醫師說，有越來越多小孩出現嚴重的脊椎問題，像是椎間盤突出，因為他們有很長時間駝著背。

荷蘭外科醫師在醫學期刊中寫道，今日問題的規模，跟100多年前童工司空見慣時很類似。

荷蘭專家說，長時間玩遊戲機，還有窩著使用智慧型手機期間，導致兒童姿勢不良，可能會讓某些人留下終身後遺症。

整型外科與脊椎外科醫師范龍（Piet van Loon）在荷蘭醫學雜誌Medisch Contact寫道，醫師發現與使用電腦有關的病例增加。

他說：「基本上來說，這就像在種盆栽樹：骨頭生長的方式就跟樹木一樣。如果強迫它以某個方向生長好長一段時間，骨頭最後就會這麼長。」

專家說，檢查「電玩背」的最簡單測驗是，看看兒童能否彎下腰來，並且碰到腳趾。他們說，有脊椎側彎的兒童，身子無法彎得很低，因此碰不到腳趾。

外科醫師說，家長不需要禁止兒童使用這些裝置，但在他們使用電腦或玩遊戲時，需要著重注意他們的姿勢。1020813
