「是警察該做的事」　警載拋錨女買油

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1名鄭姓女子本周二晚間騎車經過淡水中正東路與淡金路口時，機車突然拋錨停在路邊，鄭婦被夾在車陣中動彈不得十分驚慌。

淡水分局交通分隊小隊長黃永芳巡邏行經，立即上前協助，查看鄭女機車發現應該是沒油了，立即載鄭女前往1公里外的加油站，將隨身攜帶的寶特瓶借給鄭婦加油，再載她返回停車處。黃永芳還提醒鄭女夜間騎車小心後即離開。

沒想到才不到半小時，鄭婦提著2大袋蛋糕與飲料出現在淡水交通分隊，並不斷地向黃永芳致謝。黃員向鄭女表示，這只是舉手之勞，也是警察該做的事，便婉拒鄭婦的好意，讓鄭女十分感動，並稱讚黃員：「你的舉手之勞是對我最大的幫助。」
