扁入黨案過關 林濁水：羞恥

（中央社記者溫貴香台北14日電）前民主進步黨籍立委林濁水今天對民進黨通過前總統陳水扁再入黨申請表示遺憾，並說這是民進黨非常羞恥的紀錄。

民主進步黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘5月代前總統陳水扁提出再入黨申請案，入黨複審小組今天開會，以多數決通過申請案。

據了解，複審小組會議一開始，就有與會者表達反對立場，並表示此案是長痛或短痛的選擇，扁若再入黨，民進黨就無法擺脫扁案留下來的問題，失去自衛武器，這就是長痛。

至於短痛，是不讓扁再入黨，可能短時間內會被攻擊，但民進黨仍可持續關心陳水扁的司法和醫療人權，而若通過扁再入黨，防火牆就倒了。

林濁水下午受訪表示，非常遺憾，陳水扁再入黨一案，對一個理想性使命政黨而言，這是非常羞恥的紀錄。就政治現實面而言，同意陳水扁再入黨也充分扮演總統馬英九極佳救援投手的角色，台灣人民會很傷心。

林濁水說，如果陳水扁願意顧全大局，自我要求高一些，不要入黨，這樣做最好；如果陳水扁這樣做，將來民進黨內要選總統的人都會感謝。

他進一步表示，如果陳水扁堅持入黨，對民進黨內要參選2016總統大選的人而言都是一個噩夢，「噩夢就是噩夢，不需多加闡述」。1020814
