華納兄弟電影公司今天才在臉書正式宣布，最新一任的蝙蝠俠，將由班艾佛利克（Ben Affleck）擔綱，馬上引爆網友幾乎一面倒說NO！雖說是影迷真正的心聲，但也夠尖酸刻薄的了，居然還有人說：好萊塢沒人了嗎？
華納兄弟的臉書今天差點被灌爆，有高達8成的網友，堅決反對小班扮演蝙蝠俠，惡評不斷，「現在找小班是怎樣？難道電影公司想順便請麥特戴蒙（Matt Damon）演羅賓」、「好萊塢演員我通通都想過，就是不會想到找小班」、「喬治克魯尼翻版，絕對再大失敗一次」、「他不是布魯斯韋恩！他不是」、「天呀，真是感傷的一天」、「好萊塢都死光光沒人了嗎？」、「他根本就是來破壞超級英雄的」。

華納兄弟表示，小班將在《超人：鋼鐵英雄》續集的《超人大戰蝙蝠俠》（Batman and Superman Project）中，扮演「蝙蝠俠」布魯斯韋恩（Bruce Wayne），還說現年41歲的小班，非常符合他們原先訂下的「蝙蝠俠」條件：40歲左右，當超級英雄已有多年，久經沙場經驗豐富，可以做年輕超人的導師。
仔細研究，小班的確符合每一項條件，但偏偏非常不得影迷緣，還記得他2003年主演的《夜魔俠》（Daredevil）嗎？可是得到金酸梅最爛男主角獎呢。不過值得一提的是，小班也在2006年演出過電影《銀色殺機》（Hollywoodland）中，扮演50年代的第二代超人喬治李佛斯（George Reeves），還因此獲得金球獎等很多獎項的最佳男配角提名。
所以小班到底可以演得如何，恐怕還很難下定論。《超人大戰蝙蝠俠》計畫2015年7月17日上映，亨利卡維爾（Henry Cavill）將繼續扮演超人，而艾美亞當斯（Amy Adams）、黛安蓮恩（Diane Lane）等演員，也都確定回歸。
