知名麵包店「パン(胖)達人麵包店」，遭網友以文章檢舉內容物添加香精，讓麵包香味歷久不散，痛批其為「不良商店」。台北市衛生局今(23)日表示，他們在22日派員前往稽查，現場發現9項人工香料，使用在不同口味的麵包。對此，胖達人總經理下午終於出面，對於公司產品含人工香料一事兩度鞠躬道歉，已將相關21項產品下架，並開放消費者退費。
台北市衛生局今(23)日表示，他們在22日派員前往「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」敦南店，稽查該店所使用的食品添加物，現場共有龍眼、楓糖、巧克力、荔枝、伯爵紅茶醬、紅酒酒醬、檸檬優格醬、藍莓、覆盆莓等9項人工香料，使用在不同口味麵包，與胖達人先前對外聲明使用天然食材製造香料(香精)不符。
徐志鴻表示，他們至今仍誤以為上游廠商所提供的香料是天然的，不含人工香精，已先下架有添加人工香精的21款麵包，目前還在架上販售的50款麵包都是無添加人工香料，對於公司產品含人工香料一事，造成社會大眾不安，鄭重向社會大眾致歉。
徐志鴻說，關於後續民眾的退費事宜，將配合和消保官協商、溝通，一切遵照消保官指示辦理，全面配合退費的問題，至於涉及廣告不實的部分，也願意接受懲罰，未來會加以改進產品及廣告內容，避免造成民眾誤會。
