台鐵302次自強號31日上午在屏東撞上土石流，列車車廂分離並出軌，台鐵緊急調派另一輛機車頭到現場，將302次自強號車廂拖離。（中央社）

台鐵302次自強號撞土石流出軌事故，台鐵今（31）天下午發布最新資訊，車上旅客約250人，有17人受傷，目前仍有4人傷勢較重，分別在台東馬偕醫院、台東基督教醫院住院治療，其餘13人就醫無礙後已離開。
傷者就醫部分，送台東馬偕醫院住院者有：旅客李惠鈴（54歲、腰椎骨折）、林育萱（26歲、頭部撞傷、右大腿挫傷）、陳潔儀（46歲、頭暈）3人；另鄭力嘉（54歲、恥骨受傷）送台東基督教醫院住院。
另外，劉文喜（47歲、頭部撞傷、右大腿挫傷）、黃玉嬌（54歲、背部受傷）、林吉助、林陳信子（71歲、腳部受傷）、莊凱名（33歲、脊椎受傷）、王秀麗（34歲、腳部受傷）、翁志宏（43歲、腳部受傷）、曾阿蘭（64歲、右手臂、左眼淤傷）、劉應中（45歲、右左腳挫傷）、邱宇佑(11歲、右腳挫傷、肚子撞倒會痛）、陳清琳（50歲、左腳挫傷、腳扭傷）、溫玉珍(56歲、左小腿淤傷）、杜黃蘭(50歲、兩腿淤傷）等13人就醫無礙後已離開。
台鐵表示，50歲的司機員何振宏手、腳也有挫傷，至於56歲的列車長莊玉寶則幸運沒有受傷，目前因為第3車至第6車受土石坍埋無法移動列車，必須等待清理現場土石，才能進一步確定軌道及車輛損壞狀況。
台鐵統計至下午2點為止，出軌事故共影響16列次、約2500名旅，預估今天全天將影響32列次、約7000名旅客的行程，台鐵強調，受影響旅客可於15天之內於各站辦理退票，免收退票手續費。
