現打帶核蘋果汁　一歲童喝了中毒

【綜合報導】中國重慶市渝北區一名1歲大的男童，前天(15日)下午喝下半杯現打的帶核蘋果汁後，隨即出現嘔吐現象。男童父母趕緊將他送院診治，醫生經檢查後表示，男童可能因為果核中毒，將蘋果汁吐出來後，情況已有好轉。

中國媒體報導，醫生及營養專家都證實，蘋果、桃子、杏桃等多種水果香甜可口，但果核中含有毒物質氫氰酸，腸胃功能脆弱的幼兒吃下後，容易出現中毒反應。營養專家提醒，鮮杏桃核的毒性大，杏仁的外皮及尖部是毒性集中的區域，倘嬰幼兒誤食鮮杏仁10顆以上，就可能出現噁心、嘔吐及心悸等中毒症狀，嚴重可導致呼吸困難及昏迷等，建議家長去核後再給小孩吃。
