遊戲與小說界的一大損失 知名軍事小說家湯姆克蘭西病逝

　　湯姆克蘭西（Tom Clancy）這個名子對玩家來說想必不陌生，不管是在小說或是遊戲都相當的出名，知名小說名著有《獵殺紅色十月號》、《愛國者遊戲》和《恐懼的總和》等等，而遊戲則有《縱橫諜海》、《火線獵殺》系列和近期相當引人注目的《湯姆克蘭西：全境封鎖》，不管是小說還是遊戲作品的表現往往都相當精彩，不過之後再也看不到他的作品了，這位傳奇作家已在今日 10 月 2 號於巴爾的摩醫院逝世。


美國暢銷軍事小說作家湯姆克蘭西去世，享年 66 歲


　　湯姆克蘭西在 1996 年協助創辦了遊戲工作室「Red Storm Entertainment」，除了根據他所寫的小說做出了許多遊戲之外也有些原創的作品；雖說之後 Red Storm 就被 Ubisoft 給買下，但還是持續的開發湯姆克蘭西名下的遊戲，最近推出的作品為《縱橫諜海：黑名單》。
