【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣壯圍鄉復興村百餘村民，不滿鄉公所即將在住處附近興建納骨塔，除長期駐守工地，今天上午並到鄉公所舉牌、拉白布條抗議，痛斥鄉長簡文魁：「鴨霸！未開說明會，就企圖強行施工。」抗議村民還在縣長林聰賢抵達鄉公所參加鄉政建設座談會時，激動下跪向縣長呼喊：「縣長救命啊！」

林聰賢拉起下跪村民，要村民放心，會請鄉公所與村民們再做協調溝通，並暫停施工。

簡文魁說明，原來納骨塔已不敷使用，才決定在毗鄰興建第2座，且已先後召開過3次說明會，無奈村民執意反對。他並強調：「先有墓地，才有民屋，鄉公所絕對站得住腳，所以納骨塔非建不可。」
