郭秀珠為市四市場攤商請命要求市府延期搬遷

市府要求麻豆區市四市場300多個攤商需在103年3月31日前遷移到市五市場營業，因市五目前仍空蕩蕩，且通盤檢討時程尚須4至6年，市議員郭秀珠4日為市四攤商請命，要求市府繼續讓攤商營業到通盤檢討變更完成後，再自動搬離。經發局長方進呈與市長賴清德同意研辦。
市議員郭秀珠表示，麻豆區有3個市場連在一起，其中以市四中央市場最受歡迎，光是一般攤商近300個，店面攤商也有60幾個，但市府因該地要進行商業區變更，卻限期要所有攤商搬遷到市五，目前雖有小部分攤商先搬遷過去，卻因市場空蕩蕩沒生意，這些攤商非常後悔，一直想要再搬回市四，紛紛向其服務處陳情。
郭秀珠詢問都發局長吳欣修，麻豆區的通盤檢討變更何時可進行？完成時間要多久？吳欣修表示，該區域的通盤檢討需民國104年才進行，除麻豆區街面外，因還包含整個交流道的區域，整個通盤檢討至少需要4至6年。
郭秀珠說，既然尚無急迫性，而且時程上還允許，為了攤商的生計，希望市府能繼續讓攤商營業到通盤檢討變更完成後，再自動搬離。
郭秀珠也為維護地方生態環境，強烈反對官田鋼鐵設在農業區，要求市府必須退回該申請案。環保局長張皇珍表示，該局已對永康廠污染進行嚴重處分，並退回官田廠的申請案。
