何謂Pb膳食纖維？

最近因油品事件，我發現一些管灌奶粉的製造商，很多是已暴出劣質品的場商所製作出的產品，所以查了一下，原來奶粉內也含油品，若是這樣是不是同一家公司會使用自家品牌的油品下去製作，這樣下去還有幾樣東西是可以吃的？
所以想幫家裡的病人換別種廠牌的管灌奶粉，因他目前用的奶粉是這次油品事件公布的廠商之一。
現在也只剩進口的奶粉可用，但礙於價格和他本身的體質，也只剩一兩種可選擇了，但買來的奶粉上標示含Pb膳食纖維，這和一般的膳食纖維有何不同？另它也標示有果寡醣的成份但並未標明含多少，因有的品牌會標示含有果寡醣2.5公克，但寫有含並未標示含多少，到底是有或沒有？
