泰國總理盈拉25日宣布在大曼谷都會區實施「國內安全法」，包括曼谷主要機場在內。「國內安全法」授權政府實施宵禁、設置檢查站、限制抗議民眾的活動等。盈拉在電視演說中指出，「儘管政府將實施這項法律，但不會對人民使用武力。政府要求民眾不要參加非法的抗議行動，並遵守法律。」
