檢評會決議 羅瑩雪：依法辦理

檢察官評鑑委員會決議將檢察總長黃世銘送監察院、高檢署檢察長陳守煌交法務部核處。對關說風暴丟下一記震撼彈，對此，法務部長羅瑩雪表示，一切依法辦理，但是她也說，從法務部專案小組、監察院到檢評會，看法分歧，意見不一。

對於在關說案中涉案人包含黃世銘、陳守煌是否去職下台，羅瑩雪說，不評論，內部還要討論。媒體報導認為法務部對檢評會委員彭文正不續聘，是秋後算帳，羅瑩雪澄清，她說，今年彭文正沒有被推薦，報紙的說法並不公平。
