昇陽國際硫化氫外洩 6人送醫

昇陽國際半導體25日晚間傳出硫化氫外洩意外，造成6人受傷送醫。

據新竹科學工業園區管理局表示，位於竹科力行路的昇陽國際半導體25日晚間發生硫化氫外洩事件，有6名員工受傷，分別送往台大新竹分院及新竹馬偕醫院急救。

竹科管理局指出，目前現場已封閉，26日將派員前往了解狀況。

昇陽國際半導體成立於1997年，以晶圓再生起家，並陸續跨足晶圓薄化、晶圓整合及鋰電池芯與電池組業務。
