環團抗議　環署放寬工業區重金屬污染標準

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署日前預告修正「土壤污染監測標準」和「土壤污染管制標準」，並在今天下午舉辦公聽會，水資源聯盟等環團在會前發表公開聲明，反對環署打算放寬工業區許多重金屬的污染標準，汞、鎘、鎳、銅等4項的工業區污染管制標準，鋅與總鉻甚至不再管制，台灣污染問題恐更加惡化。

環署土污基管會執行秘書蔡鴻德回應，調整重金屬的污染標準，有放寬也有加嚴，像研究顯示農地污染對人體最有害的鉛就加嚴管制標準，鉻與鉮也加嚴，所有標準值調整，都是與農業及環工學者討論，依健康風險致癌機率做評估。公聽會將廣納各界意見，再做修正公告。

水資源聯盟常務理事吳麗慧說，環署應提出飲用水保護區的背景值資料，若草率制定重金屬管制及監測值，將易造成廢棄物丟入飲用水保護區而造成水資源污染。放寬的鋅會讓戴奧辛的危害更嚴重，銅會讓牡蠣更綠，環署規劃明顯為污染工業解套。
