工作猛飆汗，長期恐致精劣不孕！一名37歲男性廚師，每天在廚房揮汗工作已10年，結婚6年來從沒避孕，但老婆肚子總是「靜悄悄」，就醫檢查發現，男子的精蟲數量正常，但精蟲的活動力卻不到正常值的一半，醫師細問後才知男子每天在高溫的廚房裡工作10小時以上，高溫影響精蟲品質導致不孕。

收治病例的泌尿科醫師周固今指，正常的1cc精液中，要有1500萬以上精蟲，且超過40％活動力正常才是健康精液，男子沒有精索靜脈曲張、疝氣或睪丸萎縮，每cc精液的精蟲數量1800萬，但活動力正常的精蟲僅18％。周說，儲存精液的陰囊比體溫低2～4℃，陰囊具有調節睪丸溫度的功能，若暴露在高溫下的工作環境或泡湯過久，會影響精蟲品質致不孕。

周固建議，若是廚師等高溫環境工作者，工作時可用電扇降低局部溫度，戒菸酒、作息規律，都能增加受孕機率。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
