【環資報導】12項有害廢五金改列一般 環團、業者反彈

本新聞由環境資訊中心提供環保署22日下午舉行公聽會，再提打算修訂《有害事業廢棄物認定標準》，將12項混合五金廢料的認定標準，從有害事業廢棄物，修改成一般等級。此舉不但環保團體堅持反對立場，擔憂重演二仁溪的悲劇；到場業者也不認同，認為一旦鬆綁將難以管理，形成劣幣驅逐良幣，合法有良心的業者反而更難生存。（環境資訊中心記者賴品瑀／報導）
