電腦文件夾看不到

我的電腦在前天晚上突然出現一些問題:
剛開機時去開啟文件夾裡面的資料夾跟檔案都看的到但再點選幾項之後就會看不到資料夾的圖示而檔案的圖示會變成空白的我再重新開啟一次文件夾之後竟然連旁邊都沒有顯示C槽D槽甚至連控制台裡的項目我都看不到請問是電腦中毒了?還是電腦哪裡出問題了呢?
