標題[請益] 年薪變化問題?

隨著年資的增加, 每年固定有3%調薪 但是最近無聊查一下薪資單卻發現, 在公司待了近六年的時間, 第一年沒有領全額不講 第二年約144塊錢, 第三年約136塊錢, 第四年約133塊錢, 第五年約139塊錢, 這樣的薪資走勢讓我擔心自己的未來? 是不是該走了呢? 什麼時間走比較恰當? --
