南韓總統朴槿惠今天發表演說，紀念朝鮮人1919年反抗日本殖民統治時，呼籲日本正視並坦然承認日軍曾於二次大戰期間強徵慰安婦的史實。日本政府1993年向倖存的慰安婦道歉，28日卻又表示將成立一個委員會，檢討當年道歉所根據的證據。
