世紀城市(00355)發盈警，預期集團於2013財政年度之盈利將大幅低於2012年錄得之盈利，主要由於2012年旗下上市中層附屬公司百利保按富豪於2012年5月7日之資產及負債公平值，將富豪綜合入賬時所確認之一次性會計收益淨額，而2013年未錄得此類收益所致。

此外，亦如早前所闡述，集團之酒店物業乃於財務報表內分類為物業、廠房及設備，並須按會計準則計算折舊費用。儘管該等折舊費用不會對現金流量造成任何影響，但會對集團於年度內之盈利造成不利影響。

集團2013年度之全年業績公佈預期將於本月底刊發。
