車禍發生後
對方還算滿有誠意的打來跟我談論賠償之事
之後對方的媽媽還打來跟我說:大家好來好去
我也想說算了~我也不是什麼愛計較的人
修車錢還有車禍當天去看""1次""醫生的錢賠一賠就了事
而且我機車也才買不到兩個月,基本上修車錢對我來說也根本沒賺
因為整體而言車子本來就是新的,我還要花時間去處理這件事情,算一算好像我還虧

但這些我也都想說算了,就像對方所說的,大家好來好去,我也不要計較那麼多
但是就在昨天,我去看肇事者的臉書
他竟然PO這種文

我遇到黃燈準備煞車等紅燈他竟然PO文說我智障!???
本來想說修車錢1萬3千多塊跟醫藥費500多塊
他賠一賠就把這件事情Happy Ending
我也沒要求一些奇怪的賠償
去看""1次""醫生我也只是想去拿驗傷單而已
之後也都沒再去看
因為我也不想讓對方花太多錢
結果咧?? 我幫對方著想卻變成這個樣子
請問有經驗的版友,我該如何解決這件事情呢?
