遭批涉弊 中市都發局長將提告

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中29日電）台中市議員吳顯森指控市府技工涉竊公物、翹班，還派人到都發局長沐桂新家中修水電。沐桂新回應，下午將控告吳妨害名譽。

台中市議員吳顯森昨天指控台中市建設局路燈管理科涉集體詐領加班費，蕭姓技工還偷竊電線等公物回家，並曾到目前擔任市府都發局長的前中市建設局長沐桂新家中，幫忙修水電。

沐桂新今天回應表示，他並不認識蕭姓技工，技工及工友的調動是市府秘書處的職責，並非各局處長的職權，他並不認識蕭姓技工，也不知道他是從哪個單位調到建設局的。

沐桂新否認蕭姓技工曾到家中修水電。他說，台中市知道他住處的沒幾個人，他也不給人進他家的，且他家有燈泡、水龍頭等簡單水電問題，都是自己修一修。

沐桂新批評吳顯森的指控不實，已涉及妨害名譽，將在今天下午2時由律師陪同控告吳顯森。1030529
