情況是員工要自己辭掉，老板有可能一時找不到幫手,會很麻煩。

こんな忙しい時に、あなた『を』 (やめさせる) と困ります
若要用 (やめさせる) 就要用『を』，情況是在把好員工辭掉，老板也很麻煩。

這樣解釋懂嗎？？
若不懂找老師去問，網上字數有限，無法舉太多例子，還有這種日文，要多讀多看就會自然懂。
