桃縣地政所遭搜 測量員疑涉弊

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園18日電）檢方偵辦桃園縣大溪、中壢地政事務所，調查疑似有測量員幫廠商「跑件」，收取不當利益，兩個地政所表示將配合調查。

桃園地檢署指揮調查站人員前往大溪、中壢地政事務所搜索，並帶回相關帳冊、文件、電腦資料，以進一步釐清過程中是否有人協助廠商申辦流程，縮短鑑定流程，並從中收賄。

檢方並傳喚十多名測量員與建商到案說明，以釐清相關內容。

大溪地政所表示，初步瞭解檢調調查測量員是否配合建商，以縮短作業期程，方便建商貸款，被列為搜索對象，全案屬於個人行為。

中壢地政事務所表示，有測量員辦公室、櫃內文件遭帶走，但並無外傳收賄，並縮短在一週內完成發件流程。

兩所地政事務所均表示，將配合檢調偵辦，若查證涉及不法遭地檢署起訴，將採取最嚴厲行政處分。1030618
