檢察官陳玉珍貪汙案一審重判12年

高檢署檢察官陳玉珍任職宜蘭和新北地檢署期間，涉嫌包庇電玩業者施永華，並按月收受賄款，累計金額高達2325萬元，台北地方法院今天下午依貪汙罪，判處她有期徒刑12年、褫奪公權5年，至於涉嫌幫她洗錢的律師郭學廉，判處有期徒刑6月，自首舉發的業者施永華行賄罪免刑，全案可上訴。
