F-艾美未及時揭露資訊　遭罰款5萬元

台灣證交所表示，F-艾美（1626）違反重大訊息規定，處以5萬元罰款。
 
證交所指出，艾美特（開曼）國際有限公司於今年第1季從事衍生性商品交易，認列的未實現損失金額為2.04億元，已達公司淨值3%以上，符合證交所「對有價證券上市公司重大訊息之查證暨公開處理程序」第2條第1項第20款規定情事。
 
不過，該公司一直沒有在公開資訊觀測站發布重大訊息，已違反前述處理程序之規定，因此處以違約金5萬元，並通知艾美特（開曼）國際有限公司注意改進。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
