《Reuters》報導，日本電視遊樂器製造商任天堂 (Nintendo)(7974-JP) 公佈務財報顯示，第二季銷售減少、Wii U 需求量低，造成第一季營運損失。

該公司維持獲利展望目標不變，預期將在明年三月之前賺錢，仰賴熱門遊戲如瑪力歐賽車 8 帶動 Wii U 銷售成長。

任天堂第一季度營運損失 94.7 億日元，超過分析師預期 49.3 億日元；銷售量則減少 8.4%，來到 747 億日元。

任天堂本季賣出 51 萬套 Wii U 主機，優於去年同期 16 萬套；去年全年銷售量亦低於預期目標 900 萬套。

Wii U 自 2012 年發售以來，已經累計賣出 668 萬套主機，劣於對手 Sony PlayStation 4 的 870 萬套。

任天堂期望，全年營利可望來到 400 億日元，高於分析師預期 250.2 億日元。
