法務部司長的律師老公涉偽證被起訴

擔任元大寶來證券公司法律顧問的律師陳世寬，在元大投信結構債弊案中，涉嫌在2008年7月間叫唆元大寶來證券債券部協理曾鴻展作偽證，曾也配合說出虛偽證詞，台北地檢署今天以偽證罪嫌起訴陳和曾。

陳世寬是常在國際法律事務所職業律師，執業超過20年，專長是證券法和公司法，妻子現為法務部國際及兩岸司長陳文琪。
