中研院空調採購爆貪污弊端　9官商遭約談

中央研究院分子生物研究所謝姓前技正，2006年至2012年間涉嫌利用經辦研究所冷氣空調相關工程時，勾結7家機電廠商，開立不實金額的發票向所方核銷，浮報工程款得手後再和廠商分贓，初估6年多來不法獲利近2000萬元。

新北地檢署今指揮調查局台北市調查處搜索謝姓前技正與承包商住家及辦公室共15處所，並約談謝男及業者共9人到案，目前正由台北市調處訊問中，預計傍晚陸續移送新北地檢署複訊。（法庭中心／新北報導）
