我覺得這案情並不單純耶

1. 既然手頭緊 他平什麼還會再買回去? 又讓你多賺一點? 有這麼爽的事情?

2. 既然手頭緊 直接找親人借錢就好了 我自己的姑姑跟爺爺 都跟我家借過錢 都有7位數金額
雖然還錢的時機點很那個....用到壽終錢 只要有借據 要還錢不難追

3. 既然手頭緊 是否要評估那家人的收入狀況 去協助幫他們改善 (很熟親戚我會這樣做)

4. 那個房子你們真的有必要買嗎 要自己住? 如果到時候市場價格更高
500萬買市價1500萬 親戚要550萬買回 跟 幾年後市場可以賣到1800萬
你們真的會選擇550賣掉? 房子契約都在你們手上了耶...

5. 如果到時候你們不願意賣? 他們反而去告你們背信忘義?

抱歉原諒我就是這麼直
親兄弟都能明算帳了(身邊遇過很多了) 何況是遠親...

6. 若決定權是在你的上一輩 那麼我想你問的問題 除了交易要實價登錄之外
應該沒甚麼問題 但重點是...1500萬的房子登錄500萬?? 很瞎...
到時候會不會被鄰居唾棄砸雞蛋...

7. 還有樓上提到的贈與稅 你們便宜買到那棟房子 親戚好像還要付幾百萬的贈與稅...
