涉掏空國寶人壽 檢約談前董座

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）國寶人壽前董事長葉佳瑛涉嫌近5年間掏空公司，以高價購買海外債券及延伸性金融商品。檢調今天搜索並約談葉佳瑛等10多人。

金融監督管理委員會12日宣布接管國寶人壽、幸福人壽，並在今年5月陸續移送這兩家人壽公司案件給台北地檢署，檢方已分他字案並交由檢肅黑金專組檢察官陳韻如偵辦調查有無違反證交法。

經長期蒐證後，北檢今天指揮調查局台北巿調查處兵分11路搜索國寶人壽前董事長葉佳瑛等涉案人住居地，同步約談葉佳瑛等10多人到案，待巿調處幹員訊問後，移送台北地檢署複訊。

檢調透露，葉佳瑛等人近5年來涉嫌掏空公司，以高價購買海外債券及延伸性金融商品，不法犯罪金額逾新台幣1億元，使國寶人壽公司受損，全案朝違反證交法及保險法的各別特別背信罪嫌偵辦。1030821
