我很愛吃鹹酥雞,為了造福廣大朋友,我整理了一套鹹酥雞攤點餐要訣:

1.絕對不加九層塔,因為九層塔很吸油,加了會吃進很多油,所以不能加。

2.不另外加醬,有些鹹酥雞攤老闆會另外調類似烤肉醬的東西,這個醬含糖跟含油量都很高,所以不能加。

3.不加梅粉,鹹酥雞攤的梅粉除了不天然之外,也有很多的糖份在裡面,糖是造成肥胖的原兇,所以不能加。
