我的Sumsung galaxy Note3充電變得很緩慢?

我是去年8月份買的Note3
之前充電很快,而且即使邊充電邊玩手機它都不會掉電
但是一兩天開始手機充電變很慢,要充好久才會飽...
我不知道是充電線的接觸不良還是怎樣?
重點是我只要關機然後充電它自己還會開機
無法關機充電,以前還可以說...
這一件事讓我整個心情鬱卒....
請幫幫我吧!!!
我看網路上有人說有可能是電池的問題
我想順便問一下,電池大約要多久要換新?
因為我沒有買座充,一直是用USB充電
