餿油風暴　強冠董座葉文祥下跪道歉

強冠黑油事件越演越烈，除用用餿水油之外，疑從香港進口工業豬油製油，引發宣然大背，強冠董事長葉文祥今召開記者會下跪道歉。

但他強調無論是國內外採購來的油品，都經過檢驗合格，是政府沒有規範，他解釋向香港金寶公司進油時，有要求對方提供食用油證明，進關時也繳了食用油的稅金，並經食藥署抽驗合格，入廠後還有檢驗，不合格就退貨。（地方中心／高雄報導）
