健保制度民調　8成民眾滿意

去年上路的二代健保，根據中央健保署上月底最新的調查結果顯示，民眾持肯定態度者達79.8%，僅16.9%受訪者表示不滿意；民眾對健保特約醫療院所提供的醫療服務，持肯定態度者更高達9成。健保近年來所做的民調滿意度均維持在8成左右，是目前政府施政滿意度最高的政策之一。
 
健保署去年起推動雲端藥歷系統，讓醫師可在民眾看診時即時查詢病患過去3個月用藥紀錄，以減少重複用藥，有85.8%受訪者表示贊成醫療院所應配合這項政策，贊成者中也有高達97.6%願意配合多花1、2分鐘等待醫師確認用藥。
 
此外，這次調查也有94.1%受訪者表示願意透網路來查詢自己的健康狀況與就醫紀錄。健保署指，目前刻正規劃此服務，預計年底可上線，讓民眾透過自然人憑證查詢自己的健康資料。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
