美國聯準會（Fed）主席葉倫在最新決策會議後表示，Fed承諾在量化寬鬆（QE）退場後將利率保持在低檔「相當長一段時間」，這個措辭並非具體的時間表指引。

葉倫說：「（這個措辭代表的意思）高度視情況而定，與聯邦公開市場操作委員會對經濟的評估相關。」
