身為流浪嗜酒師，總是隨時隨地的品飲葡萄酒(或是酒精性飲料)

也經常性被問到吃什麼餐或食物要搭配食什麼樣的葡萄酒

前些日子被問到如果是去吃早午餐(Brunch)可以搭配什麼樣的葡萄酒呢!?

對於吃早午餐可以搭配什麼樣的葡萄酒，

這個問題在我心中早已有了答案

最適合的莫過於義大利的微甜微氣泡的Moscato d’Asti

因為一大早起來就喝紅酒的話會太燥

干白酒又太酸、甜白酒會膩、氣泡酒(香檳)就像是一早就喝汽水一樣

粉紅酒老實說不是不OK，只是更適合下午時光來飲用會更佳舒服。

於是綜合了以上幾點，想要能夠百搭、又不要太酸、也不要太甜、更不想要喝汽水、

也想要有點FU，那我想義大利的微甜微氣泡的Moscato d’Asti是再適合不過了!

有迷人的香氣、帶有水果的微甜與微酸，

加上細小優雅的氣泡，酒精濃度不會太高，

可以沒有負擔的飲用，讓你一早起來吃早餐時，

有一種緩緩的、慢慢的醒過來的氛圍，

這是一件會讓人很舒服、很幸福的事情，

在加上可以搭配各式的早午餐菜色，

像是沙拉、馬鈴薯、蛋(炒蛋、煎蛋、水波蛋)、火腿、香腸…等，

真的是百搭不搶味。
