德國鐵路公司拍賣車站　最低售價156萬

德國《圖片報》24日報導，德國西南部的巴登符騰堡州施瓦本鐵路公司認為當地很多車站已經不再有價值，節定停止營運並在網上出售，個別車站的售價低得驚人，最低4萬歐元(約新台幣156萬元)起跳。

目前正在出售的施瓦本地區火車站超過10個，其中最便宜的一個位於小城伊門丁根，售價僅為4萬歐元(約台幣156萬元)，這個火車站建於1879年，佔地約454坪。最貴的車站售價18萬歐元(約台幣700萬元)，它是一棟3層高、建於1875年的建築，位於小城穆拉爾特，佔地面積約300坪，裝潢較為精致。由於這裡是度假勝地，因此有人考慮將火車站買下後改建成旅館。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
