又有颱風成形　「巴逢」短期內不影響台灣

原位於關島東方海面上的熱帶性低氣壓，今天下午2時增強為第18號颱風，中文譯名為「巴逢」(Phahfone，寮國命名，原意為動物)。
 
中央氣象局表示，目前巴逢颱風中心位置約在台灣東方3000公里海面上，以時速22公里速度向西北移動，預估未來會朝日本南方海面逼近，短期內對台灣陸地天氣並沒有影響。（張勵德／台北報導）
