公司現職健鼎職位廠務副工程師公設工程師待遇 29K 34K 年薪 14+分紅(約420K) 14+分紅(猜大約550K左右) 工時 8小時周休(可報加班) 10小時隔周休(可以報加班) 住宿住家(騎車5MIN) 住家(騎車5MIN) 小弟77年次退伍後在原公司待兩年這兩年其實待的很安逸公司也可以很準時的5:30下班但是缺點是錢少目前有應徵上健鼎錢有多一點但是工作時間也拉長了健鼎是8:30~16:30 但是主管說大概都要待到18:30 多兩小時都可以報加班兩份工作都離家很近去健鼎的優點應該就是錢比較多可以學更多廠務系統還有就是職位是工程師應該會有比較獨當一面的機會目前困擾要不要跳? 想請問各位前輩有什麼建議? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.63.115.151 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1412175407.A.A1C.html
