外皮酥脆口感十足的紅豆餅，讓小朋友聞香流口水，紅豆餅阿姨張秋玉隨著南投南崗扶輪社成員抵達南投市營盤國小，送來香噴噴的愛心扶輪餅，小朋友吃得開心不已，南崗扶輪社與張阿姨的愛心讓校園香氣四溢也充滿溫馨。

張秋玉來自彰化縣社頭，她的紅豆餅皮是自家的秘方調製，非常酥脆好吃，賣紅豆餅10年，生意很夯常常供不應求，一次南崗扶輪社前社長於田中鎮吃了她的紅豆餅讚不絕口，立即表明如果扶輪社做送愛到學校等公益活動時，希望張秋玉的紅豆餅車可以「愛相隨」，而且扶輪社願提供烘焙工具，張秋玉沒想到賣紅豆餅也可以做愛心，樂於配合，從此跟著扶輪社到處送愛心扶輪餅到校園。

手裡的工作不曾停歇，張秋玉對紅豆餅的品質要求很嚴格，因為爐火的不平均會造成部份餅皮過度熟透呈焦黃，她都一律淘汰，而對於奶油餡與紅豆餡製作也都嚴謹力求衛生，看到學童吃得開心她也開心。每年3月間她更製作獨家的冰淇淋餅，吃過的人都很推薦，覺得皮酥脆又好吃。
